Fatal, I don't recommend it. My husband on Friday night made a reservation. They had to confirm him and on Saturday morning we called because they did not confirm, they told him that the reservation was done and that they were open until 13:00. We got there at 11am and it was CLOSED. We call by phone they blindfold us and divert the call to that of barakaldo and they do not pick up. We had to turn around without the car. They have left us lying. Better to rent somewhere else that they meet and on top cheaper than here
The best in treatment and perfect work.
Appalling. We rented a van (all having paid when making the reservation) to make the move. At 10:00 the office is closed, on the phone they tell us that the technicians will be there. After continuing to call at 10:15, they tell us that they don't have the van that we had reserved, to see if we can get another one.
You cannot count on this company. After half an hour waiting in vain they call us saying that until 11:00 they will not come with the van, of course the original model for which we had paid forget.
In the end we had to go to another nearby renting company.
Cronorent is very close, it's cheaper and they don't do these things to you.
It has a very good treatment to the public and a great cleaning in its products
We rented a van and within an hour of going to pick it up they call us saying that they do not have any available. the money and all they do is long darnis. We feel ripped off.
