In a few minutes they give me some keys to a vehicle, I sign, pay the deposit, and the Office is closed. Shortly after, by phone (since the office is closed and there is a queue of customers) I inform that I am not satisfied with the car and that I want to change it ... The next day they give me a very dirty white car on the outside, and that it stunk so much of tobacco that even the clothes he was wearing smelled when he got out of it. The clean tank is empty, and the moon is almost opaque. To top it all off, they call me from the office to ask me the favor of changing their vehicle for another, claiming that another customer needs the one I had picked up the day before ... That's when I tell him that he can keep his vehicle and that of course the car was not at all in a position to deliver to any client for the reasons that I clarified previously, of which the person who attends me is knowledgeable, and apologizes. Of course I have to clarify that it was a replacement vehicle that my insurance had contracted, because if I had to pay for the services and the vehicle would have been something else ...
