I went for a massage as I had a wonderbox gift voucher. The girl very attentive during the massage and the massage very well. I give it 4 stars because the room was a bit small and the changing room lacks a bit of maintenance.

I went to my appointment and when I found out that a boy requested a girl to clean my face, the client has the right to choose who takes care of him. They denied me the change, saying that when I go to the doctor, a man or a woman treat me indistinctly, in addition to calling me Homophobic. I replied that I was in a beauty center, and she hung up the phone, the one who says she is called the general director, a self-conscious woman who should send her home for being ill-mannered. That day they stopped paying 220 euros for that lady, And thanks to denying me access I got to know another center that I recommend, much better and cheaper, it is called TU Piel.

NEVER TO GO !!nnI had an appointment in the morning with my husband for a face cleaning. They have assigned him a man for the treatment and he has indicated that he preferred a girl to do the treatment (It is as if you want a specific person to cut your hair or you are going to get a massage. I do not let him give it to me. a boy, for a matter of SHOW). The one who says she calls herself CEO, in very bad manners and yelling, insulted my husband by calling him homophobic and hung up the phone. OBVIOUSLY, we have not been, nor will we EVER go with such treatment. And seeing the comments on the internet ... now I understand that it is such a poorly valued center.

Spa experience very bad. The old facilities, without maintenance, the sauna did NOT work, many jets from the jacuzzi either, from the bithermic shower ... the worst thing that they charge you in advance and then claim what did not work ☹ they do not pay much attention to you when you tell them that it does not work something, as other people are also attending outside ... Very LITTLE CLEANING, in these times of Covid, which is quite worrying. I didn't leave because it was a gift for my daughter ... for not making a fuss.nThe only thing that was satisfactory was the subsequent massage. The staff attentive and pleasant at least with us.nI think they need more staff and especially cleaning and maintenance.

Impressively relaxing. It has covered my expectations squared. I ordered an hour-long relaxing massage and it couldn't have been better. Expert hands, it shows a lot. Without haste, with respect, with music according to the place and you float out. In price quality, it seems to me unbeatable. This service if it would have to be of first necessity. Thank you really for this experience. Highly recommended.
