DECEPTION, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, A HORROR. On October 20 I started the request to return the rental car a month before.nEverything has been nonsense, I will have put a whopping 6 claims.nn-First they notified me at 12 noon by email to return the car that same day hurrying me to sign a settling of accounts that was wrong (obviously in their favor).n-Then it took 1 month to give me another day to return it.n-I return it and NOBODY informs me of the steps for the return of the amount that they owed me and I owed.n- On December 4, they made the payment and collection according to them of the amounts that I owed and owed me according to the adjustment. ONLY THE COLLECTION HAS ARRIVED on the 10th, what a coincidence and of the payments that WE OWE, no one tells us more that they will already arrive.nn10 days ago we put another claim on them, and we informed them that if the money they owed us did not arrive (and that according to them they already left on December 4), WE WILL RETURN THE CHARGES that did arrive and that in theory they left together.nnThey answered that they should arrive TODAY at the latest.nAND TODAY THEY HAVE NOT ARRIVED almost 1 month later, so we have returned the payment they passed to us. NOW we will see how long they take to call us to THREATEN US for having returned the receipt (having had almost 1 MONTH to send us the payment that WE OWE) with which we pay it, that is why they will be fully portrayed.

Horrible servicio telefónico, llevo 2 semanas seguidas llamando para poder solicitar la autorización para un mantenimiento, nefasto servicio. Por el resto de reseñas puedo ver que en el resto de servicios exactamente igual de mal.

Personal advice, do not rent with this company. You just have to see the rest of the reviews. The truth is I will not waste time or write my experience.
