HORRIBLE RENTING. We rented a volvo xc40 with them, at 14,000 km (in less than 2 years) the clutch fails and they have the face to say that it has been due to misuse and they want us to pay more than € 2,000 in invoice. We try to contact them and they simply send us the invoice and they do not take charge. A RENTING that works like this is a shame. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. they are scammers
Do not hire Arval under any circumstances. I had a renting with them, in the current situation in the middle of the coronavirus, with less than a pending payment, they take my car and penalize me with almost € 20 thousand. Be very careful with this company. They go especially to those who have many years of contract. Since they earn a lot more, they take away your car and penalize you with 1/2 of all the pending installments until the end of the contract, here you have their interest that you do not do well or fail, they are made of gold. Some criminals, please spread the word. I have started a lawsuit against them.
Terrible management, a rental car of the VOLVO brand and the first failure in less than a year of car are not responsible. Do not rent with them.
Be careful with ARVAL, our experience with a failure in the car while under warranty, is that the failure is up to the customer, they issue an invoice without contrasting or analyzing the situation. It will be the last renting with Arval. This is not how customers are treated.
Some scoundrels, we made a renting with them and the first problem that the car had, NOT ORIGINATED BY US, they tell us that it is due to misuse and they pass us the bill from the workshop. They continue to charge us bills that do not correspond to us ... Do not even think about renting with these people.
