After a 1.5 hour delay, I was told that my pre-booked and paid in advance van was not available and they were getting one from 20km away. Rubbish. Over 2 hours wait in total. There are cheaper options available - I should have taken over of those... On the plus side - service was very professional.
Very friendly staff, the vehicles are very clean and in perfect condition to start your journey. Even though the vehicle I wanted was not available, Javier Sánchez Martín communicated in advance, and did his very best to provide an alternative. For me this is great customer service. Recommended.
Very good and reliable, perhaps there are more economic options.
