I rented a kuga type car 2 weeks in advance (paid) to pick it up on a Saturday at 12 in the morning. I showed up on the indicated day and they didn't know anything that I was going to pick up the car.nThe man who attended us on top of it was as if we were to blame and finally gave us a sportage without gasoline and without cleaning and without passing any kind of revision because the wheels were almost flat. Of course, if you don't take it, you run out of a car and I needed it, for that I reserve it 2 weeks in advance. So I had to take it and disinfect it myself.nVery bad management. Very bad manners. And with the times that run, they should be more careful with cleaning.nnWe rented the vehicle in the name of my partner and I already told you that the vehicle was neither checked nor clean. Since the windows were full of fingers and papers on the ground and the front window was very succinct and also the wheels had hardly any tread. And also he was not prepared because they did not even know that we were going to get him that day.

I don't put 0 stars because you can't. RENT VEHICLES OVER 12 YEARS OLD WITH 160,000 KM. On the web it says that its fleet is of new vehicles. Also on the web it indicates that there is an unlimited km rate being LIE all rates up to plus have daily km limitation. Regarding data protection, they are not in accordance with current legislation. When you hire a vehicle they want to collect a deposit of 1000 euros for 2 days of rental when on the web in the general rental conditions indicates that they are 500 euros. The vehicles are not in perfect condition since the vehicle that was delivered to me had burnt out interior lights and seat belts are not in accordance with current legislation. If you want to make a claim, they are all problems and they do not provide you with a claim number. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND LOOK FOR A SERIOUS COMPANY
