On the web they say that the recipient was absent, which is not real, in addition, they have not even left an absence notice. On the package I put a VERY IMPORTANT note, with 3 phone numbers to contact and no one has sent an SMS, much less have called. Apparently my package arrived after paying more than € 60 in customs, it is said that they tried to deliver it but they did not leave me a notice of the delivery attempt, I look at the tracking on the web, I try to call them 5 times, they do not pick up the phone or a. I live on the other side of town and I will have to go there without knowing if they have it or not. Very poor service from this office.

With a joy ..... Horrible, I treat the public from 0, and not only that, anticovid schedule that is not reflected on the internet, on top of that you call them and ask them and they answer you badly.
I am outraged, I received a box from Brazil, when I got here, I had to pay to pick up the box from the post office, and there in Brazil it was already paid to send almost $ 680.00 reais.
