A City Council that does not enforce its own regulations, I have put 4 complaints against a neighbor for his dog barking day and night, there are 2 complaints from the civil guard certifying that the dog barks at night, being in the garden, a situation prohibited in the regulations , but do not impose any sanction and refuse to let me see the file, illegal situation by law. That if, to send taxes and collect them they do it running, but for these issues they do NOTHING at all. Let the rest of the town know, that the municipality does not do anything so that we do not have to put up with dogs and barks at all hours in a town of 2416 people, in the middle of the field in Guadalajara, yes sir, this is tranquility? and peace? deep Spain
