I cannot praise RecordGo enough during lockdown they have extended our contracts on several occasions until we were able to travel to exchange cars

My credit card was charged after drop off and I'm trying to know the reason but customer care don't respond to my email. I also opened tickets on their customer care site but after one month they are still waiting for a solution. Stay away from their service

Paid upfront for a car for 10 days... got stuck in the Gatwick drone fiasco so won’t be able to pick it up until Sunday... now Record RentaCar tell me my contract is cancelled & I don’t get a car at all! This must be fraudulent ... why can’t I get it for the remaining 7 days? Shame on you Record RentaCar

Do yourself a favour and avoid. If I could give zero stars I would. Line for pick up at at Palma airport in Mallorca was hours long. Gave up and went with a reputable company.

I rented a car with full coverage and the peronnel gave me the instruction that I when returning the car should just park it at a Record Go car park, take my stuff and leave andnI did as I was told.nA couple of days later when I got back home I checked my account and discovered that 65 Euros was withdrawn from my bank account. After a couple of e-mails and phone calls Record Go finally managed to explain that I should have left the car key at the office at return.nThis sounds logical to me as well and I don’t questioning the rules Record Go has, the problem is that I was not made aware of them.nI understand that mistakes can be made and as long as the mistakes can be corrected it is fine. What Record Go does is just to look strictly at their rules they have and now Record Go claim that I have to pay for their mistake!nThe Record Go agent doesn’t respond to e-mails so my which is to get in contact with a Record Go manager.
