I don't know what these people are complaining about. I once heard a rep in the USA explaining to an arguing customer 'sir, how can you pay Florida taxes when you aren't in Florida! Same thing here, you can't pay insurance for your car until you get there - no company us going to let a guy from a foreign country swan up and take a 15000 euro car away against no security - wise up guys! Always found this company trouble free and simple to use. There are ways to pay a deposit and have any loss against a claim covered if you know how to do it.

I have booked a car with Do You Spain for the last 14 years, usually 4 times a year. what you see is what you pay. Everything is well explained. one time I did use another company but will never do that again. This is the company to use.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered! Do not book with them! We booked a car from Barcelona but the rental company would not rent us the car without international driving license. We found another rental company who would (Hertz), and called the customer service in order to change out reservation to Hertz from the first one. After numerous tried they finally answered us, and said they could not help us, could not change the reservation and could not even give us a voucher. The lady on the line was extremely rude and impatient and hung up on us. We tried calling again from 2 numbers but no one bothered picking up the phone. At the end, we had to pay the full price directly to Hertz and lost all of the money we paid for the reservation. We came out of this experience completely shocked of the incompetence, the rudeness and the 'after you paid - go to hell' additute of this company. Next time, we book directly with the rental company and not through this scamming agent. Stay away if you care about your money.

Complete lack of customer service. The person that I dealt with could not have been less helpful if he tried. I realized that I had made a mistake while booking the car, I called 1 minute after reserving, so that I could make a change - totally prepared to pay more, etc. The person informed me that I could not make any changes and would have to book another car (despite having contacted them 1 minute after the booking). I think it is horrible customer service when your policy does not allow a customer to make a small change so soon after the initial booking. You should allow at LEAST a small margin (even an hour) to make a change. It's a shame because I've had good experiences with this company up until now, and they lost a frequent customer.
