TOTAL SCAM!! Took a reservation with the option to cancel. When I got to the car rental I couldn't leave a deposit since it exceeded my card limits. (The staff at the car rental was also very rude but I understand this is not related to them) However, I requested to cancel the reservation and they claim that after the pickup time it cannot be cancelled. They didn't provide any alternative solution and basically I was told nothing can be done. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
After a serious disappointment with another Rhodes hire car company, Carjet provided a thorough and simple service for the hiring of my car. Thank you. Derek Angel.
