We rented a car and after returning it they charged us € 40 more than what they told us .. according to them there was a lack of gasoline !! according to them € 11 !! According to me I filled the car, they fit me € 14 and I delivered it on Saturday afternoon !! And they lacked gasoline on Monday at 7 pm ... who tells me that no one has taken it? For me they are scammers !!!!

Little serious and scammers. I rented a Mercedes Vito-type van via the web after waiting ONE HOUR for me, the one who was going to deliver the van to a certain Emilio appeared and showed me a much larger van. I told him that this van is not the one he had reserved and he tells me that there are no smaller ones than that or nothing. To all this all the boxes of my move more than an hour in the portal with my wife and my daughter of a few months.nI tell him that this van spends about 4 liters more per 100, so since I was going to do 450 km it would cost me almost 30 euros more expensive, and he told me not to worry that it takes away the 50 km of peak so that I don't charge it and that's it. Like a liar, even knowing that I was going to waste money, I accept and voila all a lie, I spent 30 euros more on diesel and also I charge the 52 km more (another 14 euros)nAll this in Albacete a shame. I had repeated but I will neither return nor recommend it.
