My experience has been positive. There was a problem with the vehicle that had been reserved for reasons outside the company and was quickly replaced by another. Friendly and efficient. The vehicle is fine.

Rent a car for 5 days and at the moment I am on the second and I have already had multiple problems. The tire pressure and maintenance warning lights come on for no apparent reason, the key is not recognized and there is no way to start the car, the automatic transmission is blocked and you have to turn the car off and on again because you cannot get it out of P Today I have wasted two hours in full sun, waiting for the almost 15 euros in 6 calls to 902 that have customer service to solve me and send me a crane because they did not answer me. When the crane finally arrives, that the battery is almost useless and that if I don't want it to happen again, I have to go for miles, preferably on the highway. Another 3 calls to 902 because they do not listen to you or the call is cut off to tell me to go to the nearest office tomorrow, because today they have already closed, to see if they can change my car (I had planned to go on a trip today but not It may be with that car that does not provide any guarantee or security). At that rate I am going to lose more hours of my short vacation due to extremely poor service and care. For what I'm spending on time, calls and extra fuel I would have gotten a much better rental in Another more decent company.nThe website never works and the app is a mess.

They treated me great, beyond what education and customer treatment demands. They did not have the car that I wanted and they gave me a bigger one, for the same price, which in the end was very good for me, because my son did not calculate well what he had to move. We were very happy with the treatment received, the car and the facilities they gave us. Thank you.
