I bought a group on March 10 and with the state of alarm they opened in June. Just during June and July I was indisposed due to health issues. In August it was closed and when I call today they tell me that in September they also close and my coupon expires this week, I try to get them to find a solution and they refuse.

My wife is given a coupon for a massage in this center and when she looks for a place in her work to go, she calls them to make an appointment and at the beginning they tell her that they will not fully comply with the contract since the coupon says a One-hour massage plus cranial massage and they tell you that the cranial one is not going to be given to you, when asking for an explanation, try by all means that we cancel the coupon and that you do not go, it is seen that they were not interested in giving the contracted service through Groupon.nnWe make an appointment and after making all the necessary changes to attend the visit and only 2 hours before they call you to tell you not to go that they cannot attend you.nnThe next day we call her to make another appointment and the person who attends us tells my wife to call Groupon to cancel the coupon and to return the money because they are not going to attend her and with very rudeness and without giving no explanation hangs up the phone leaving my wife with the word in her mouth who asked for an explanation. EVIL AND YOU CAN'T TRUST PEOPLE LIKE THAT.
