Summary- Very good and quite simplistic experience with this car rent company.nStory:nI have pre-ordered a car (Fiat Panda) via internet few days before arriving to Spain. They offered good conditions and lower prices than anywhere else and lots of good reviews here. And just some hours later after reservation I got a call in order to confirm reservation. Also they informed that car will be delivered to the hotel.nThat what has happened in fact: on the day just before 9AM (~8:35) a guy came with delivering Fiat Panda, also they called at about 8:15 to inform that they are going to hotel. But the car was not left to us as i thought it would be. The procedure was that he picked me up and brought me to their office to sign a contract. Deposit of 200Eur was taken (it was full insurance rent). I was nicely informed at each step what was happening, also a guy who drove me to office explained the road how to drive to the hotel and return back. Also explained some Spanish driving rules.nAfter all I got the car which was nice and very clean 90K on dial. And I didn't take any photos of it prior driving away. Though it had some scratches and bends on the side (not my job!) so I was worried wouldn't they point that out as such stories about rent companies flies around..nNext morning at ~8:30 i returned the car. They took a short look at the car, checked was it okay. And after that deposit was immediately returned. Their worker took me back to hotel.nIt was all simple and pleasant, time saving excellent service. Trustworthy.nThey speak Russian, English, i thinks Spanish too. So no problems in communication.nI do recommend them for the experience they provided. Thanks,
