Today when I do devolution of the car, the person saw a very small damage on the rim of the wheel. It is probably the case that I probably DID NOT SEE the damage when I was hiring because the car and the wheels were wet.nI upload two photos from the near and from the far.. I had to wait for my friend to come there and I had to wait and see they washed the car. After they parked the car, by chance the damage moved to the bottom of the wheel, and it is not noticable anymore. how could I mark that without even noticing the damage?nnext time I will come with a microscope to you to mark all the damages on your cars!!!nthe next person hiring the same car will most probably will not see the damage and he / she will need to pay another 260 euro. (they will not be able to notice the damage!)nI do not recommend using this company during this pandemic times. they are robbing our money.nI am going to do tomorrow a claim in community of Madrid.

I don't know why so many people had bad experience with these guys. For me was completely fine. Great price and no problems taking or returning it.nnI would have given 5 stars, except I didn't like that they only have a premium number to call them which ate up my credit without me knowing. Also the damage report sheet was given to me blank, even though the car had a lot of scratches so it took me 20 minutes examining the car to report all the damage. Other companies I have used give you their own damage report and you only have to check for discrepancies.nnRegardless, I will definitely use them again, and might change my review to 5* if those issues improve.

Worse shuttle service ever. Delayed, no A/C, 30 to 45 mins drive from/to airport. Not worth the waste of time. The driver didn't knew terminal locations either (not his fault, has he was designated last minute as the proper driver didn't showed up). Still not worth, save your time, rent a company that is at the airport.

Clean car with low mileage. Friendly staff but annoying to have to pay 18€ to pick up the car an hour early. Perhaps the only benefit that Covid has brought is fewer people travelling so everything is faster than before.
