I didnt even complete my reservation, cancelation process is a nightmare even weeks before reservation day. hours and hours of wait in the phone. 902 scamm numbers, non responsive emails, had to use my bank's dispute option to acctually have my money back. I dont usse to write reviews but this company deserves to close for good. I could teach them some customer service. I wish I could give No stars.

I do not recommend using this company to rent a car. As you do not take their insurance (as has been my case), they have tried to charge me € 300 for a stroke of less than 3cm, which thankfully I have noticed and finally they have not charged me. Be very careful and check everything very well and have your claims meter taken out because they are very unprofessional. In my case, Luis Mª has assisted me in returns from Madrid airport. I will not rent from them again.

I had a vehicle pick up at 20:00, when I get to the airport I see that they do not have an office and you have to call a number so they can pick you up, I call that number and they tell me that the office is closed and that they cannot Give me the vehicle, making me wait the next day to be able to pick it up, all this after multiple calls that take 20 minutes waiting at one house, and on top of every time they tell you something different, it has been a fatal mistake to hire this company, not the I would recommend to anyone !! Damn scammers make you waste your time for their great incompetence

Not only that, but they pass us from phone to phone without giving a solution and finally to one that was not during business hours !! ❌❌ think about this before hiring ❌❌ud83dudeabud83dudeab
