I received excellent and friendly service, the car was in great condition and they are very fair. They don't charge for scratches under 4cm which I find quite unusual. Their place is out of the way but that is reflected in the price and they do shuttle you to the airport for free.nI'm quite satisfied and would highly recommend them.

I rented an Audi A3, the car had several scratches at the time of pick up, the biggest one was a hit on the front windshield. One night over rain and cold weather the entire window cracked from side to side. The assistance personnel were very diligent to advice me to return it to Madrid if the cracked was not dangerous. When I returned it, the personal at Madrid, reviewed the images from pick up time, they were very nice and professional on doing insurance paperwork, no charges were issued, no other problems raised. Very professional. Good work guys.

Had a very different experience here in the pick up than with the drop off.nWhen I came to pick up the car on Friday everything was perfect. We got a quite good car with full insurance at a very affordable price even if we booked it in the last minute. There were two employees in the office and one of them was bringing people to the airport and back while the other was handling the rentals. This made things slower than if both could be in the office but it was still fine.nHowever, when we came on Sunday to drop off the car we found a closed office and a queue of people waiting. We were told that there was only one employee today and she was 90% of the time bringing people to the airport and back, so she had no time to be in the office and handle the rentals. This was a total waste of time and made absolutely no sense. If the company offers a shuttle service, which is extremely important having the office outside of the airport, then they must have at least two persons there, otherwise it is an absolute disaster.

This car rental is not at the airport. You have to take a shuttle bus to their location. We waited more than 1 hour to be transported from T1, then another hour in the heat waiting to be attended. One person was working, doing the pick ups, drop offs and contracts. Next time I'll pay a bit more and go with a better company.
