It took an hour to deliver the car to me, they were washing it right then and not even with the Covid 19 protocol. No indications, that the car had dents, nothing. I did not like the shape, the treatment and finally the car and its condition.

I recommend this office. The treatment of the person who attended me and their explanations have been excellent. For my insurance I have gone to other car rental offices, and they leave a lot to be desired, as of now I plan to request this office ..

This message is for the rental car company Hertz. Still, I see that I have put my review in the right place since the header is the name of the company I am reviewing,nIncompetent and very unprofessional. I had an appointment today at 10:00 in the morning, where my insurance company arranged that time and arrived at this company and nothing .. there is no replacement car? how? and they tell me to turn around until a car appears that they can leave me.nCrazy! Lost day of work ... of time and of course I do not recommend this company.

The attention of the employees was very good, but we had a problem with a vehicle and the roadside assistance service was painful, they hung up the phone. The truck they left us had electrical failures. I hope that the rest of the vehicles they offer are better. Hertz should worry more about the maintenance of his vehicles. I return to review the very good attention of your employees who tried to help us at all times.
