Attention taxi scam. We drove from downtown Madrid to Madrid Chamartin station. The taxi driver didn't want to turn on the taximeter and charged the airport tariff of 30€ for a short drive of 6 kilometers. We asked the taxi driver several times in fluent spanish that the 30€ airport tariff does not apply to a trip to Chamartin train station. This trip normally costs 11-15€ depending on the traffic. I cannot recommend this company and will report this rip-off to the authorities.

We booked this company from Australia for transfers to and from madrid airport, we wanted to take the stress out of arranging this part of the trip not speaking Spanish.nSo glad we booked with these guys would highly recommend and we would use again anytime. They were responsive to emails, payment was easy, flexible with times and arrangements understanding when we were running late , fantastic staff big thanks to alexander and manuel who were the right combination of friendly , professional , knowledgeable and good fun. Safe driver who shared their stories and madrid info with us. The drive was not long enough to enjoy their company. Thank you to everyone at madrid transfers for looking after us and making our stay in spain memorable.

Today, I witnessed how one of the drivers of this company, makes a dangerous maneuver in the T2 Gas Station and got off in a very violent way looking to attack a boy who was parking at the Gas Station, the license plate of the car wasn0190JBM, the company is not at fault, but this type of Employees can greatly tarnish the professionalism of the drivers of said Company.
