I rented a fire, I returned it 1h30 later having notified the office. And at the moment he did not want to give me the invoice, since they would send it to me by email. And what is my surprise that the very kind boy did not want to give it to me because he decided to charge me one more full day for that hour and a half.nThere is always a margin of courtesy ... here at least they don't have it, and on top of that with a little smile they charge you more.
