In September I decided to put myself in the hands of Ángeles Navarro, to whom I came recommended by a friend and it has been a success. My goal was to lose weight and although I have already gone through a few diets and weight loss methods in my life, at this moment and with the professionalism of Angeles, I think I am achieving it. For four months he has been guiding me, he has made me menus adapted to my way of life and most importantly, he has helped me in times of downturn and stress. And with the pack of treatments it has still worked much better. I carry almost 10 kg. lost and I feel great. Thank you.
