Booked a taxi for 4.30 am to the airport and didn’t turn up and when called said oh yeah we are having problems we’ll get one to you, took another 50 minutes and nearly missed flyte. Was fuming and anxious is an understatement but the guy on the phone didn’t seem to stressed or apologetic. The taxi driver however was very nice and quickly got us to the airport, I actually felt sorry for him having to deal with two stressed adults and a child. The company clearly forgot about us and I find this unacceptable.
