First, it's conveniently located, but the 5 stars are thanks to the staff- so patient and helpful. One man, Antonio I believe, even offered to help me load my bicycle and panniers into the car. It's always nice to come across friendly people when traveling solo in a foreign country. Thx, Hertz.
Well. I arrived at the closing time and it was a bit quick, but they gave me a car. Very nice and attentive the man who has attended me ...
The truth is that I needed a vehicle to transport a small motorcycle and we have made the right choice, .. The van rented one pass, both its medium size and equipment and of course the cleanliness and attention of the staff, .. Unbeatable, .. What I recommend 100%
Very bad experience and two weeks later ... they have not returned my deposit ... and you call ... and nobody picks up the phone ... I do not recommend at all ... I prefer to walk from Madrid to Malaga ...
