I also made 2 purchases and I have been trying to contact the spa for days and I only get the message that there is NO NUMBER for both the mobile and the landline. I think that before closing they can get in touch with people. I find it embarrassing.

I bought a voucher a few months ago, I'm trying to call to make the appointment and the phones are blocked, the website has been practically closed ... It seems that they have closed permanently due to COVID. Please, does anyone know how I should proceed to get my 90 euros paid back?

The contact numbers that appear on the website now do not exist. I have a six-month bond since February. I called them in April to cancel the appointment I had requested and to know what was going to happen with my voucher. They told me that as far as they know they would inform me. I still don't know anything about them. I only received an automated message in August saying that my voucher had expired and now I have no way to contact you.

A few months ago I bought a coupon on groupon, and due to the covid we could not go since everything closed, even though I tried to contact them they did not answer and now I get non-existent phones, the web is closed and I don't know the way to get in touch with them. Please, if anyone knows how I could request a refund of the money, I would appreciate it if you tell me. Thank you very much.

I have 2 contracted packs, I want to book an appointment and the phones are blocked. It gives me that they have closed because of the health crisis but ... Who returns my € 90 of the packs ????
