We had no problems with our rental car. No more money was debited than on the invoice. The booking was made via Check24. Firefly accepted the voucher for the booking without any problems and there was no delay. The car was like new, had less than 10000 km and was in top condition. Can only recommend it.

Please be aware before you rented a car from firefly rent a car company. They use your credit card to give you a car and take extra 50€ without warning and didn’t return it. My agreement with them was closed 09.12.2018 and now 30.12.2018 I still waiting for return of blocked amount. They promised to wait up to 15 days only. I made a few calls and sent email. Nobody contacted me according to this.nUpdated by 10/01/2019 I got my money back. So, it was bank issue rather Firefly. Always be attentive with rent contract. The main issue was manager of Firefly didn't tell me about extra charge.
