So we have been seeing Dr.Perez now for a few months for treatments etc. They are amazing...truly amazing.nnIt was hard to find somewhere to go in Valencia as we don’t speak Spanish but the language barrier is non-existent here.nnDr. Perez and his team are fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. Everything from his explanations of the treatments to the procedures themselves are second to none.nnIncredible place and always a pleasure to visit.

I am incredibly happy with the level of service and care I get from Ilahy IMED. It’s hard to find a place that speaks English, but here it’s not a problem. I have Dr. Jorge Luis Perez Perez and he’s flawless. I trust him completely with my procedures such as botox, lip fillers, skin peel etc. I highly recommend him if you want someone who’s friendly and gives you high quality results.

Ni en Imed ni en concreto en Ilahy cogen el teléfono... llames cuando llames y las veces que llames. Tienen un verdadero problema de comunicación con los clientes. Soy la única?!

I went before the pandemic, January 2020, encouraged by a friend who had operated on her chest there and was delighted. As for the aesthetic medicine part, I had an appointment with Dr. Ceylin Delgado, not only did she attend me 45 minutes late but she only dedicated 5 minutes to me within the consultation, with an interruption of about 10 minutes because she had to go to another room to prod someone who was waiting for her. The 5-minute thing is literal, counting the I come and go and I accompany you to another office near the exit to get the prices. I do not think that after 45 minutes waiting for an appointment it is so that I do not talk to you about the treatment or what it does, or duration or anything. His words were, among other things you need botox and radiesse, and getting up he accompanied me to the other office without giving rise to any questions on my part.nIf there is another doctor with a more organized agenda and better customer orientation, call me.nTo the quality department that answers here, tell them that as an expert in quality in customer experience. If after 2-3 months, (they know in their sector how long it usually takes people to decide) they have not returned, they could call to find out why and thus they would not be surprised by some negative reviews or even avoid them.

Fatal, neither did the treatment work for me, nor did they finish it, they have also been holding me off not to finish the treatment that is already paid for and they have not given me any solution. All they wanted was for me to pay again to undergo another treatment that has not been of any use.nnThey say they offered me the same treatment but cheaper and it is not true. In addition, your responsibility to finish the treatment that is paid for and not have to do it again.nnI feel scammed and no one contacts me.
