It's a shame they don't attend, they don't make face-to-face appointments and you can't fix any paperwork that urges you.

They don't even pick up your phone, for whatever you need you have to be by appointment and you almost always have to come back because you're missing a document that no one told you. The treatment is correct, but like all bureaucracy it is very slow.
