Eva was very friendly and helpful when I picked the car up. I had been upgraded at no extra cost and she speaks English very well. I returned the car at 0830 hrs a few days later and was refunded 13 Euros because I had reserved the car until midday of that day! Any small abrasions on the car had been noted by Eva so there was no problem on my return. Will definitely use Enterprise again if I have to rent a car.
Staff is super friendly and accomodating!
Great service at Malaga and Reus
The ease of making an online reservation stands out. In my case, the vehicle was the same model that I ordered (although they indicate that it may be that model or a similar one) and the truth is that I am very happy. The attention from the very correct girl. Very important also: they are punctual in the delivery and in the return. I recommend this car rental company.
Great, it would be the right word, everything very well and Laura, the girl who attends, shows that she is a professional, informs you of everything, personally checks the vehicles and in conclusion makes everything easy, without a doubt I will rent vehicles again at this branch.
