Terrible attention. We rented a prepaid car, from the SEAT Ibiza range or similar with 4 doors with a trunk and when we arrived to pick up they did not have a vehicle. They only offered us a 2-door Fiat 500: a very small car without a trunk for a long trip with a lot of luggage. With no other alternative, we have had to leave luggage to be able to get to work on time. Fatal counter care and no claim sheets. We have claimed at the destination office where they had them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
just like the previous comment ... I rented a large car for 6 passengers and they offered us the only thing they had that was a toyota yaris ... terrible service and company
I will never rent any vehicle here again I do not recommend it
