It doesn't seem logical that they have so little consideration on the weekends that we can't go anywhere and they report us for parking in the red zone. Just think about collecting.

I'm a weekend neighbor in Gironella and every time I go down there are more red areas in the old town and I don't really understand it. If I have an address, I should be able to opt for the residential area since I live in Barcelona and I am registered there. What cannot be is that the cars have to be parked at the fifth pine tree or every half hour checking the clock ...
