On the Sixt website they indicate that they are at the airport of Reus, when we arrive there on flight from Amsterdam we find that there is no office, we contact Sixt and they tell us that they bring us the car from Tarragona and that we should wait since it seemed that they had forgotten not you do. Our manager communicates with this office and they tell us more than an hour late. We cancelled the booking and a taxi approached a local company where we were taken care of immediately. We constantly rent in Sixt in Europe without problem, but this time we have felt very deceived and very poorly taken care of. I cannot recommend this non-existent service at this airport.

Great car rental office. Conveniently located in the heart of Tarragona. Wonderful and helpful staff especially Lorina. They make every effort to accommodate your needs. Their cars are clean and new. It’s better to reserve online and add all information to avoid the waiting time. Car return is also easy since they have a nearby parking spot.nThe staff speaks English.

The only car rental company we could find that was open at weekends.nnStaff were the most helpful I have ever met.nnWe will use Sixt elsewhere based on the excellent service.

Absolute disgrace and waste of time. Booked a premium vehicle and was told 400 euros for the car and on pre call a lift was arranged from rues airport which will take us to tarrogona. On the day of collection I am told I needed another 500 euros for a “block” to secure the vehicle. 900 euros for 3 days rental !! I have never used Sixt before and I will never use them again as they were not transparent at all with their service nor were they were any help what so ever. Rude and obnoxious service staff and pointless company. Best stick to the likes of Europcar and enterprise !!
