Hopefully all city councils had this service and people like Luis. It is the perfect place to get advice on local entrepreneurship, something that many young people (and not so young) need.

ADL in essence. I think they do a fundamental job. Both in the job search for unemployed people, and in supporting entrepreneurs.nI wish all ADLs were so personalized and effective. The deal is 10 especially by Luis, who is a fundamental pillar.
