Florida International Hotel

It was so bad,they have a bad customer service, they lack professionalism. I waited for hours to get a service i reserved 5 hrs back and they still didn't apologize. They just gave me bad attitude. They dont deserve the 4 star.

Rooms are good but my problem is the staff special reception members they not friendly and helpful,

First of all your room might be different but mine was good as it had proper sanitation but my problem was the wifi as it was very slow and unusable most of the time. The staff where very hospitable but the sound pollution was high as the tuktuk's and trucks passed by day and by night the night club across the street played loud songs until midnight but you will adapt to it the longer you stay. And if you want better service put on a travel advisor t-shirt.

Holly area

The hotel is clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. Referring to itself as a luxury hotel seems a bit of a stretch but beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
