the new facilities are very nice and employees are serving in great motivation but the customs in the premises are very annoying of course they are independent from the airline but such kinds of service is not expected with in this huge company with good figure.

Ethiopian Airlines cargo center is one of the part of the state of the art organization of the ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES. The Ethiopian airlines cargo is handling all kinds of cargo service's. The system of delivering the imported cargo is very organized and fast.But at the store the proceeder of for custom clearance still needs more organization and customer service mentality by the staffs. one of the most thing that I like is the Electronics device charging station which is prepared for the customer at the gate of the store.

The worst airports in the world. Staff is bad and the dates are all late and lacks organization and is required by a qualified and trained staff of all airport staff who do not have accurate information. The dates of castles are inaccurate. If you have a transit in Addis Ababa, you probably do not catch your second plane and sit for a day or two at the airport. I met many people who have problems with Ethiopian Airlines and airport passports. Many stories are happening at this airport. It was a bad experience.
