I have been using Ethiopia airlines few times and I like their service they are ready to help you with your questions. If you are flying domestic it is the only option to use and I also recommend it.

Bunch of thieves! I was robbed twice in 24 hours and I find it clear Ethiopian airline employees and connected people are responsible. I have a picture of one of the hotel employee who told me he would bring me to a charity for students and it was a whorehouse. Eventually I was put in a corner and was told I must pay $300 I have no choice. The next day my wallet was stolen probably at the x ray machine. I was handed to the hotel by Ethiopian Airlines because 10 hour layover in transit. Good quality hotel fed well in plane but robbed twice, obviously they will deny it...
