Qatar Airways used to be one of the best - since the pandemic they can be considered as one of the worst. Customer service is non existent, they can't help you with anything on spot but require you to get in contact with their head office instead. Question: why do you have a branch in ADD if your staff has no clue or authority to do their job?

Terrible customer service experience from a leady with an Eye glass. Zero professionalism. If you want to be treated badly go there. If there was an option I would give 0 Star.

Worst experience in Addis Ababa Bole Qatar Airways Counter ! I was trying with two children and the staff was very disrespectful and ignorant. They didn’t try to cooperate or talk to me properly..they don’t have any respect for a woman at all. And the supervisor called Biruk was even worse and abusing us. I am disappointed since it’s my second time when I experienced this kind of bad manners from Addis to Doha flight .
