They lost my luggage and they weren’t willing to do anything about it. No sense of customer service. They won’t even get off a personal phone call to speak to a customer. And the manager Mr Sam, also no sense of customer service. I expected more from him but he was more rude than his staff. My first and last time using the weak and unprofessional Saudi airlines. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

They don't accept the currency of Ethiopia unless you are Ethiopian! Only Saudi riyals or dollars
