Bellevue Hotel And Spa

Clean and spacious room, and a nice view of the city. The staff is courteous. Unfortunately their bed is very uncomfortable. The old and wornout mattress you can barely sleep on takes away from all the niceties. I do not recommend it.

This hotel is located at the upper/mountainous side where you will have a nice view of the city of Addis Ababa. It is unfortunate that the hotel management didn’t take advantage of it. The top floor where you will have the view of the city is not in a shape that can attract customers. At the restaurant, I was the only one at the dining room. I ordered lunch and found out the food was not good though the hotel attendant was nice and attentive to accommodate me with the situation.

Best customer service ever! I had Morocco bath at Bellevue spa today. It was the best Morocco bath I had in Addis. They are polite, gentle and professional. Keep a good work! Shout out for all Bellevue works out loud 👏 🙌 👌

The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff was amazing. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, every staff member I encountered was great. I stayed one night and had moroco bath due to a staff member who help us. Sorry forgot his name, but he is awesome yang and gentle man. I will recommend to anyone who like to visit Addis Ababa.

A nice  place to stay, their service and food is good and at sunset time it have a beautiful view.
