Very dirty room, disrespectful front desk, poor customer service my the 3 night stay here was just a nightmare. The room I was in...bith the tv and fridge were out of order and no one cares to fix it tho I reported multiple times. I signed up for 3 weeks but had to leave in 3 days .Never trust the pictures you see online...it is from the day when the place was first opened. Has never been renovated...the room floor, the bath room ,the closet all looks an abandoned house. The cracks in the wash room has several holes and are corroded. The bedding was with a bloody spot and I have requested for a change , then the teenage front desk person desrespectfully argued that this is not a big deal.... Very sad and bad experience that I do not want any stranger to go through in this place. They denied breakfast when it says it is included asserting that breakfast isn't included when there is a deal on the price...I never made thus commitment .They agreed to make a deal if I pay for the entire 3 weeks at once ,then they will make discount...then, after I moved my stuff in ,they said, you don't get a breakfast...so, be advised before jumping in to booking this place.
