Nice staffs, always going extra miles to make you feel valued. Room spotless, fantastic view of the city and surrounding mountains. Very near the airport and easy commute...I will recommend 110%

very aggressive hospitality really! i have been there for 2 days,and they are discriminating and not welcoming people! hope you ll be better on it.

The hotel overall is amazing. But there are alot of problems with the stuff members. The guards and the receptionists are the only welcoming employees there. Other employees like people in HR especially the one called Ms. Bethlehem, are very rude to their stuff, they are uncooperative and unwelcoming. I have seen her insulting them.No one wants to stay at a hotel where the stuff members are rude. This needs to change

If I don't make a mistake her name is AddisHiwot .she is so amazing. We feel comfortable as if we're at home. And the room was clean & neat.so you guys we thank you so much for your wonderful job.
