The hotel name does not lie, it is really a friendly place to stay. workers are friendly and ready to help. Spacious and clean rooms. They have an airport pickup and drop off service

Perfect rooms and bathrooms, various and delicious food presentation, friendly and supportive staff. What else does a person want from an accommodation? I am totally satisfied with this hotel. Thank you very much for the best service.

The place is good, workers friendly. The only problem I had was with the room. The drainage in the shower cubicle is poor and there is an urgent need to invest in new, comfortable mattresses. Even the room curtains need a change for better ones.

Ethiopian Airlines put us in this hotel during a layover. I was very pleased with staff and the food provided (buffet and a la carte). Decent room, although a bit dark. Airport shuttle was excellent. Another reason to love flying Ethiopian Airlines. I always love the long layover in Addis to get another chance to visit this awesome country.
