Asosa Hidase Airport

Asosa Hidase Airport is an airport located in Assosa, the regional capital city of Benishangul-Gumuz Region, West of Ethiopia. The airport is a bit far, located about 5.5 km (3.4 miles) southeast of the city.

I already gave my review on this airport, but could not find it ... However Assosa is my place too, I give my hundreds hours to this town, stayed here for 4 years... I landed many times by American made Focker 50 (65 seater flight) and took flights many times from here to Addis Ababa... ..those days Ethiopian airline staff was not staying at Air port, once flight lands or take off staff used to leave the airport, just few security/millitary guards used to stay back...

It's a bit far from the town....
