Ezana Arbaminch Hotel

This hotel was recommended by a tour guide when I was touring southern Ethiopia on the basis that it was locally owned. There aren't any international hotels in this region as far as I could see but I stayed for two nights. There was a pleasant outdoor area to eat but not much variety as this little agricultural town is quite remote. My room was small, clean and tidy and were it not for the drones going off nearby late at night I would have had a more comfortable stay. Arbaminch is a lovely little town and much improved with good facilities including banks, restaurants and an agricultural college at Arbaminch University. Despite all these facilities it is very remote!!

Nice place I like it. Not expensive and good service.

More than a year ago the restaurant at the Ezana hotel was good, now it is bad. The food only taste of salt and Maggi, a great part of the menu is not available. Three times I (tried to) eat there in the last few days, three times it was very bad. Never to this restaurant again!

Best location and great service.
