Saro-Maria Hotel

Th cake selection is good. Ambience is good. But the service is horrible. A simple order of black tea and a slice of vanilla cake apparently is not that simple. Before I sat at the table I actually pointed at the cake I wanted. And it’s downhill from there. First the waiter brought the wrong cake. Then brought the tea with no sugar. By the type he came back the tea was cold. He brought me a second cup, this time it was cinnamon tea. Disaster

I like it! The rooms are very cosy, clean and comfortable. They have an amazing bakery /pastry shop/ cafe that make amazing stuff - well I had the oreo cake (I think it was an ice cream cake) and it was excellent. The hotel is in the heart of Bole, so a lot of activity around the area, lots of places to eat within a walking distance. Would definitely come back!
