Thanks to the dedication and knowledge of Christophe and Remy is am able to do my 70.3 Triathlon of Aix en Provence. They offered me a great service and 'saved' my triathlon by finding a solution for my steering problem of my bike!! Merci!!!! Super service!!

The only competent cycle store in Marseille. Forget the others, they are funny. Only dream bikes in store. Madness. Price hardly more expensive than elsewhere but it is the only place in Marseille which managed to understand my problem and fix it. The guy at the workshop is a genius. Really.

Disappointed :( I brought my bike for overhaul and repair of the wheels (worn bearings) .After a week they told me that they could not find the bearings on the market (absurd bearings are sold everywhere) in addition they tell me here we recovered the play by tightening the adjustment ring (serious fault in my opinion, this is the basis in mechanics, you should never tighten a bearing) so that you can ride while waiting to find the bearings -> Result: - Revision paid 60 euro - Bearing broken after 80 terminals - Broken adjustment ring (seen that in the middle of the exit the bearing broke so I rolled on the ring without knowing it) I finally ordered the bearings in two days. In response to your comment: 1) "We are surprised by your comment and all the more it is based on your opinion which is not that of a professional (otherwise you would not need a cycle to repair your bike). " - I can assure you that my opinion comes from a professional (I will not do courses on bearings) on the other hand I do not have a workshop to do it myself and again I wanted to entrust my bike for professionals 2) "For the bearings, you are making assumptions which are your sole responsibility. Finally, why not come back with your bike and explain the problem encountered?" - I called you to explain this to you and the answer was "it is normal the bearing is worn and it was a little tight" and suddenly I did not return to your place for the simple reason is that I am still awaiting your return to tell me if you managed to find the bearings 3) "The technician did his best during a difficult time and we deeply regret that you encountered this problem." - I agree that the period is difficult but that does not prevent that I received the bearings in two days.
