Post Office

I had a problem with a parcel which was not transferred to the recipient and which was blocked at the post office in Merlebach because seen with the tracking .... a young blonde girl and her brown colleague from the post office were unpleasant but Also of bad liver I was told that there is no package in the post office and that this was impossible So she forced me to call the complaints service I had to call the manager to recover my package But the worse in this story no excuse from these incompetent kids and worse still the blonde answers! By finding futile excuses! Thank you to the manager who was professional and who was able to return the package to me. When you don't want to work, you stay at home and leave room for people who are motivated!

Now you have to take your pain, hard, hard, the Covid ☹️

Serious? At work!! What is this office? At 3:50 p.m. they send me back for closing at 4 p.m., supposedly a registered mail will put them late for the end of service 😂 I was told "had to come earlier" ... I say "learn respect, savoir vivre and politeness '' !!!

Catastrophic, since the post office was moved (a few years ago) the service has deteriorated ... No I do not want to use your machines I am a human not a robot, the management of the co vid reception is / was catastrophic ... Anyway ...
