Post Office

I pay 15.50 to return a parcel to Belgium which I send in perfect condition and 3 weeks later I collect it in my completely smashed mailbox! When I go back there I am told that my package is not up to standard, if it had not been up to standard from the start they would have refused me! And I am asked again to pay! Incompetent manager and teller! Too bad that 0 star does not exist !!!

To those who say anything, postal agents are no longer civil servants, so don't be in a hurry, they are private. this to answer Laura Busch a little further down.

TO FLEE ! If you want your packages / mail arrive on time, in the right place and without moving 3 times, thank you for your comfort and to avoid the unnecessary stress of avoiding going to this post office! Always a ton of customers waiting in line ... 1 window out of 2 only ... package not found 2 days in a row, complaint made ... the disaster! Staff (2 women usually in service) of an extremely incompetent and not very pleasant incompetence who sends me to get my parcel in another office which is none other than the office which sent the parcel ... unable to tell me in the fact that the parcel is located at the distribution center which is only 400 m away, something I had to discover when I went to the Champs de Mars office in Colmar!
