Post Office

A post office often affected by exceptional closures. Staff are not very well trained on routine requests. Every second spent in front of and in this place seems longer than elsewhere.

Absolutely hateful staff. they look down on you! Despite an official withdrawal authorization and an identity document in my possession, I was refused the right to access my package. So I contacted the LaPoste head office which itself does not understand the refusal to collect my package with the documents in my possession. Package which was an Asos order so nothing very confidential. It's a shame to fight to get back a package that I paid for and for which my only fault was not being at my home at the time of delivery. I am disgusted and outraged at the treatment received by the staff. We are already living in complicated times and fighting for everything is getting tiring.

Of all the post offices I have been able to attend so far, and as a publishing professional, the Chartreux is really the worst. Between an often unfriendly hostess who seems to discover what is the price Books and Brochures in each of my passages (almost refusing me!), Stubborn refusal of packages while the content is packaged perfectly and passes without problem in another post office, and so-called exceptional closures for heat wave while the mercury does not exceed 33 ° C, this service is calamitous. And to say that we, consumers and booksellers, will have to pay 10% more next year for stamps! We think we dream.
